If this problem occurs, the procedure for resolving it is explained below.

1. Open the system settings
N.B: If Filemaker is still open, force Filemaker to close.

2. Go to the privacy and security menu.
3. Then click on Local Network.

4. Use the toggle to disable and re-enable FileMaker.
5. Close system settings.

6. Re-start Eyesoft
