A. CORRECT PROCEDURE

 

Here is a short tutorial on how to import images into Eyesoft without risking them being lost or not stored.

 

1. Always make sure that you have the Eyesoft Documents device mounted on your Desktop.

 

 

2. To import an image, position on the desired patient, and create a new record in Eyesoft using the plus button.

 

 

3. After clicking on the plus a pop-up like the one shown will appear where you can drag and drop images or use the import buttons to import files by selecting them.

N.B: The import windows differ from the display windows because there is always a button for importing files.

 

 

4. After importing the images by clicking on the portal record the display window will appear.
