  • Problem

 

  • Documents such as letters and images cannot be seen or opened in Eyesoft

 

  • Solution

 

  • If this folder is not available on your desktop

 

 

 

  • Option 1: Automatic Connection
    • Perform a reboot of the Mac/computer

 

  • Option 2: Manual connection
    • Click on any free spot on the desktop and simultaneously press the texts shown below.
