General - Error on letter import

In this short guide we will see how to solve the error that occurs when trying to import a letter without having assigned the patient to the doctor.

 

1. Error 

 

If this message appears
 

 

2. Patient verification.

 

To solve the problem, assign the patient to a doctor and then try the import again.

 

 

3. Set the reference doctor in the patient card.

 

If the doctor is not set, follow the steps below:

 

a. Edit the patient by clicking on the edit button.
b. In the "Patient Assignment" box, select the correct doctor from the drop-down menu.
c. Save with the "OK" button
d. Try the letter import again.
