1. HIN error

The error below tells us that the above-mentioned insurance company has no number associated with it. To solve this problem, write down the number given by HIN somewhere.

2. Edit insurance card in Eyesoft.

After writing down the number:

• Go to the menu Eyesoft addresses.
• Select the Insurance tab
• Search for the insurance company, in this case VISANA
• Enter the number provided by HIN in the Insurance Nr. field.

• Below is a list of the main insurance numbers, which you can already enter.
