1. Physical control of the BOX

• In order to check that the medidata box is working properly, it is first necessary to check that the light on the box is green and the button is blue.

2. Medidata connection check

To check that the connection with medidata is actually active and that the medidata network is running smoothly, simply connect to the medidata portal and check the icon below.

• Working: If everything is working the symbol next to the world will be green.
• Not working: If the medidata network is not working, the symbol next to the world will be red.

If the colour is Red, you will have to wait for medidata to restore the network to work in order to send the invoices.
