1. Error Analysis.
- If the Eyesoft validator returns this error during the validation of the invoice, to solve it just enter the health insurance card number in the patient's file.
2. Error Solution.
- Go to the patients tab and click on the edit button
- Place the mouse cursor inside the Covercard field.
- If you have a Cherry Smart terminal card reader like the one shown below. insert the card in the reader and the system will automatically insert the number in Eyesoft.
- If you do not have a reader, copy the number by hand into the Covercard Number field.
