Billing - Drug with a missing price

Today we will see how to find out if the price of a drug is missing or has not been updated correctly by Eyesoft's automatic drug update procedure.


N.B: The drug update is a module that must be purchased and activated separately, to request activation contact Siplus.


1. To check the price status of the drug go to



2. Once on the site, search by name or code for the drug.



3. Once the drug is found, if there is nothing under the price field as in this case, it is proof that everything in Eyesoft is working properly, Otherwise contact Siplus.



4. To enter the price of a drug, as in this case not present in the Compendium, go to the blue dot in Eyesoft, a window will open and the price must be entered there.
