With the new TarDoc, Paushale positions require a Trigger position.
Therefore, if you see this message on Eyesoft, the procedure to resolve it is as follows

 

 

 1. Access the Eyesoft settings.

 

 

2. Go to the performance buttons menu.

 

 

 

3. Structure of the Pauschale button

 

To create correct Pauschale buttons, the following structure must be followed

 

a. Medication

• Search for the medication in the Medi tab and enter it in the button with session=10

 

 

• Then search for the service in the NCService catalogue and enter it, specifying the ICD-10 code and session code =10

 

 

• Finally, enter the service trigger, which in Eyesoft can always be found under NCService. To find all the triggers available in NCServices, enter the keyword TMA in the search field. This will bring up a list of all available triggers.

a. Package search: The first step is to search the website for the name of the package you want.

 

b. Once you have searched the site, a list will appear. Click on the service with the desired name in green.
The services in green are the Triggers.

 

c. Once you click inside, you will see the list of flat rates for which this position acts as a trigger.
