• Open Software Update

 

 

• Disable the "Automatically keep my Mac up to date"

 

 

1b. Disabling Updates Mac - Mojave or Lower OSX

 

• Open System Preferences

 

 

• Open Software Update

 

 

• Disable the "Automatically keep my Mac up to date"

 

 

• Press on the "Turn off automatic updates"

 

 

2. Disabling Updates Filemaker

 

• Open Filemaker App

 

 

• Go to preferences tab

 

 

• Disable the two items: "Notify" in the preferences window.
